Vickie Porter – Administrative Manager & Underwriting Manager
Vickie has over 30 years of experience in the Insurance industry. Her Insurance career started with Insurance Company of North America that later became CIGNA Companies. She left CIGNA in 1985 to move into the agency side of the business. Vickie has been at the Reisen Agency since 1998 as the Administrative/Underwriting Manager. She has participated as a member of the Advisory Board for several companies. Vickie is responsible for overseeing the office operations along with working on the Commercial placement of New Business and the marketing of the large accounts. Vince is a Certified Insurance Counselor and has over 30 years experience in the Insurance industry. Vince specializes in the Marketing and Underwriting of large Commercial accounts and Bonds. Referrals are the ultimate and highest compliment one can give and are an integral part of our business.
Barbara Hutton – Personal Lines Account Executive
Barbara is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance and has 23 years experience in the Insurance industry. In 2010, Barb was named the “Travelers Personal Insurance High Achiever”. She currently is a member of the Advisory Board for The Philadelphia Contributionship Agency Counsel. Barbara specializes in placing your personal Insurance, Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella. Kathleen Trombetta – Claims/Commercial Lines Account Representative
Kathleen is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance and has 19 years experience in the industry. Kathleen has been with the agency for 9 years. She came to us with experience in the Antique Car Insurance. Kathleen is responsible for assisting you with your claims. She is very knowledgeable in Commercial Lines support, rating of antique cars and supporting Personal Lines transactions. Kathleen prides herself on giving friendly, prompt service to all of our insured’s.
Margaret (Peggy) Ruhl – Receptionist and Billing Specialist
Peggy joined our agency in 2007 as our Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. She came to us with 17 years administrative experience. Peggy’s pleasant voice will be the first voice you hear when you call into the agency. Peggy will help direct your call or take care of your questions. She will assist you with billing issues, preparation of Certificates of Insurance and general Insurance questions.

Chris is a member of the Life Underwriting Training Counsel and a veteran of over twenty-five years in the Insurance profession. Chris is your specialist for Life Insurance programs and Financial Services such as IRAs, SEPs and 401K programs.
David Holcomb, CIC – Transportation Specialist
David is a Certified Insurance Counselor and has over 30 years experience in the Insurance business. David started as an Insurance Adjuster, then as an Underwriter. His claims & underwriting experience gave him the foundation to write large commercial accounts. David specializes in the Transportation Industry, particularly large bus fleets, ambulance/paratransit & limousine accounts in Pa, Md, De & NJ. He is a member of the PIWHA (Pa Independent Waste Haulers Assn) & insures many recycling companies & rubbish haulers.
Thomas McKinney – Antique Cars
Tom has over 25 years experience in the Insurance industry. Tom was with AAA MidAtlantic for 24 years. He is a specialist in Personal Lines and Commercial small business accounts. Tom has been a member of the Antique Car Association for over 25 years and will handle all of your antique car Insurance needs.
